COST OF ATTENDANCE
Tuition cost plus your living costs are considered when determining financial need and eligibility for financial aid. Your total Cost of Attendance for the Vocational Nurse program is the sum of tuition and fees, plus living expenses such as rent, food, transportation, and personal expenses. Your financial need is determined by adding tuition and living costs, and then subtracting an estimated family contribution (EFC). The EFC is a standardized measure calculated by the federal government after analyzing the data you submit on your FAFSA. Your EFC is assessed the same way regardless of which school you choose to attend, but actual awards at different schools may vary, depending on tuition and fees:
Tuition + living costs – EFC (estimated family contribution) = your financial need
