Barbara Noblet, the Financial Aid Director for the Annenberg School of Nursing, administers the Federal Student Aid Programs for the Vocational Nursing Program. Barbara works with each student to develop a financial plan for payment of tuition and fees. She has an extensive background in developing and managing healthcare programs and institutions. Her teaching experience includes Health Care Management classes in Administration, Policy and Planning, and Operations Management. Barbara earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a Masters in Business Administration from University of California, Los Angeles.
